1. Head/Eyes
Look straight ahead and position the top of the monitor at eye level.
Headset: Use a headset to avoid holding the phone with your shoulder and straining your neck.

Keep shoulders back, down and relaxed to avoid hunching and tension.
Document Holder: Attach your documents to your monitor to avoid looking down at your desk.
