As cool as it looks it is WAY comfy and pretty much forces you to sit up straight with great posture and core alignment. y’all know that I have been dealing with back pain issues since late last summer… and luckily with proactive rest and core work and refraining from a lot of intense exercise movements for several months my back is 90% better. YAY. but I have learned to not take back health for granted and I now do core work every single day three times a day just like I do stretching for my tight calves situation. The biggest lesson I learnedIs that it’s very true how awfulextended periods of sitting our for our backs… And how much getting up and away from our desk on a regular basis can help with overall back pain. But in addition to that you have to get yourself and ergonomically friendly back supporting chair especially if you spend a lot of time at a desk it is so important and a game changer.
